The Benefits of wearing a Ghillie Suit for Camouflage
At first glance it may seem quite ridiculous to consider wearing a ghillie suit; after all they’re purpose built for military snipers, right? Actually the evolution of the ghillie suit happened as a result of the natural need for animals to blend into the natural environment. The earliest form of the ghillie suit was designed to give a strategic advantage so that the Hunter would not become the hunted, and there position would not become known to their target. Even in the most remote and secluded outdoor areas, animals have the ability to see and recognize anomalies in their environment; having every possible advantage on the hunt is of course in your favor. In this task a ghillie suit is (pardon the expression) “well suited”. But a ghillie suit is not only useful for stalking on the hunt, while it can allow a Hunter to get infinitely closer to their target; it also has some additional functionality. While playing paintball with friends, this ghillie suit could set you apart and put you in a class of your own as a stealthy sniper, racking up fortuitous amounts of "enemy kills". Of course as a Halloween costume, a ghillie suit is also particularly adept.
