Did some research because GHD's are so expensive! Found a brand called 'Think Pink'

Australian made and owned.

RRP $170 for 1 straightener and $255 for a 2 pack (one for you and one for a friend)

3 year warranty

Floating Ceramic and Tourmaline professional plates

Variable heat control - fast heat up to 210

Travel case

I found one on ebay!! My sis and I decided to buy them instead of GHD's, will let you know how it turns out :) I just love that an aussie created something great and wants to charge a fair price. It feels like how we're meant to be as 'Aussies'

Got my think pink - my hair comes half way down my back and is quite thick, takes me about 7min to straighten, the heat light is kinda inaccurate (starts flashing after 10seconds but isn't max hot till 20sec). Good straightener, doesn't rip my hair out and leaves it feeling soft (yay).

Three years on (May 2012) and my straightener is still going strong - just as hot as when I first bought it. Pretty happy.
