Remember, buyers are expecting to receive their purchased items safely.
They also expect quality for what they pay for. If you are asking for $10 to $15 postage and handling, the purchaser will expect that their items will arrive in appropriate packaging.
The postage and packaging fee is just that, a fee charged to cover the cost of packaging. This fee should not be used for further revenue raising.

As you can see, this item has been wrapped in newspaper and a plastic shopping bag. Inside the package the items packaged are further wrapped in an empty freezer bag package and a piece of bubble wrap.
This postage and handling cost the buyer $8.50. The package itself, has $4.60 worth of packaging on it. Do you think the wrapping of this package is worth $4.00?
