What are the fines for exceeding a Police Breathalyser?

Australian drink driving penalties for LOW LEVEL infringements

 

VIC BAC% 0.05% to less than 0.07% Fine $358 & 10 Points (P Plater, plus loss of licence 6 Months)

 

NSW BAC% 0.05% to less than 0.08% Fine $1100 to $2200 (Loss of licence 3 to 12 Months)

 

QLD BAC%  0.05% to less than 0.15% Fine $1400 to $6000 (Loss of licence 1 to 12 Months)

 

WA BAC% 0.05% to less than 0.08% Fine $250 to $500 (Loss of licence 3 Months)

 

SA BAC% 0.05% to less than 0.07% Fine $350 (Loss of licence 6 Months (OR) 10 Points)

 

TAS BAC% 0.05% to less than 0.1% Fine $200 to $1000 (Loss of licence 3 to 12 Months)

 

ACT BAC% 0.05% to less than 0.08% Fine $500 to $1000 (Loss of licence 2 to 12 Months)

 

NT BAC% 0.05% to less than 0.08% Fine $200 (Loss of licence 3 Months)
