Take the total rating of all the fuses, added together, multiplied by the power supply, and that figure would be the rms rating at maximum (100%) efficiency.
Now since most class a/b amps are only around 50% efficient, divide that number by 2, and should give you a estimate of the total power output at 4ohms.
