Although I am a seller, I also buy on Ebay which is good as it allows me to see the other side of the coin, so to speak.
I am surprised on how many sellers do not email a buyer to say the payment has been received and another to say item has been posted.
It's these personal touches that bring the buyers back to you.
I have had to email a seller today to find out if she received my payment (which was made instantly the moment the auction ended via pay pal) and I cant help feeling as if the seller doesn't care for his/hers customers??
Come on sellers treat the buyers how you like to be treated and if you cant do that then maybe youy are in the wrong business
