In another words, both sender and recipient need to be within the Express Post Domestic Network for the next business day delivery. If one or both are not within the network, the next business day delivery will most likely not happen. The Express Post will only be given the fastest possible delivery on a non-guaranteed basis.

Express Post can be lodged over the counter, the cut off time is 5pm on business days.
It can also be posted in the express street box, the cut off time is 6pm on business days.
My postcode is 3170. So As long as your postcode is included in the list above then you will have next business day delivery. However I do not have express street box around here. I will have to drop the package at the post office. So please make sure your payment will be cleared before 3pm should you choose to use express post for items purchased from my store. Thus give me enough time to pack and drive to local post office (with 2 kids in toll that's not a small job :) )
