Orders placed before 3:00 pm are dispatched same day with next working day delivery by courier service to mainland UK, please note that certain remote areas (Highlands & Islands) and Northern Ireland are not covered by our daily couriers, these areas will have to be sent using royal mail standard service unless otherwise agreed before checkout is completed. We ask that you include a contact telephone number when completing the sale for us to place on the couriers manifest, our couriers will not take parcels without a contact number. A signature is required for each parcel. Parcels sent out on the standard next day courier can be delivered any time between 7:00 am & 6:00 pm. If nobody is available to sign for the parcel then the driver will leave a card and the parcel returned to the nearest depot to await collection. A second attempt at a failed delivery will incur duplicate postage costs to be paid in full before a second attempt can be made.
