The AQUOS rock model is a round-nose (bow) inflatable boat. With its wider round body, the boat is roomier for passengers and goods. Plus improved buoyancy, stability and operation, this kind of boat is multifunctional. Not only is the inflated structure easy to be handled, but also compatible with a small engine to achieve the speed. AQUOS rock model is made by 1.2 mm thickness PVC on the tubes, keel and bottom with Aluminum floor boards and marine plywood transom .

If your boat will become defective, we will repair or replace its hull at no charge. Damage and normal wear, tear are not covered.


HOW TO CLAIM WARRANTY SERVICES:
●  Read information below, make sure that damage is covered and within Limited Manufacturer Warranty timeframe.

●  If it is, please make digital photos clearly displaying nature of the damage and email to aquossport@hotmail.com, along with detailed description of the problem. We need to see pictures showing (1) overall appearance of the product, (2) close up of damage and (3) metal hull number plate attached to transom, if available.

●  Please provide Date of Purchase, Dealer name or website, Order number or Customer Name.

●  If you just received merchandise and found accessories that are defective or damaged during shipment, please email us to aquossport@hotmail.com for exchange or a replacement.

OPTIONS TO RESOLVE WARRANTY ISSUE:
1. You will take Product to the nearest Repair Shop, and we will reimburse your cost, up to pre-approved amount, once we will receive copy of the receipt for repairs. If necessary, we will assist you in finding repair shop near you and will negotiate repair costs.

2. If defect is small and will not affect normal operation of the Product we will issue price adjustment or credit according to the level of defect.

3. If you are able to fix problem on your own, we will send you requested repair parts free of charge within Australia wide. Example: valve replacement, D-rings, fabric, glue, etc. We may also choose to offer you credit or refund depending on the nature and difficulties of repairs.

4. If damage is extensive and repair facility is not available within reasonable distance, customer will deliver Product to our facility for repair or exchange.
