Payment

• IMPORTANT: Before paying please always double check your shipping address, because this cannot be changed once purchase has been made.
• Payments methods accepted are Bank Deposit, PayPal, PayPal eCheque, Credit Card via PayPal and Money Order.
• Bank Direct Deposit can be done via Internet banking or at any Westpac Branch.
• Banking details are given during the eBay checkout process. 
• When paying via this method please forward us a message notify us of payment date and payment reference used. Please always use your eBay user id as payment reference. If your bank only allows you to leave numbers please choose a number and forward this to us. Failure to do this will result in shipping delays.
• PayPal payments are instant and guarantee fastest shipping times. PayPal eCheque payments can take up to 7 business days to clear be be aware of this if paying by eCheque.
• Australia Post Money orders are also accepted and details on this method are available during eBay checkout process.

Postage

• Items are shipped within 24 hours of payment clearance.
• Items are shipped Monday to Friday excluding New South Wales Public Holidays.
• Items are sent either via Australia Post or a courier company.
• Express postage is available and this option is given during the eBay checkout.
• Registered postage is also available and this option is given during eBay checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

LOST MAIL:

• Generally all mail arrives within Australia post quoted times but due to circumstances beyond our control there may be delays in shipping.
• Lost mail claims cannot be accepted unless the registered/express post option is chosen during the eBay checkout.
• When you upgrade to registered or express post you will given a tracking number to track your parcel via www.austpost.com.au/track.
• You can find this tracking number under the "My eBay" section of eBay.com.au
• Australia Post will not investigate lost mail claims without a registered post parcel as these can be tracked point to point using barcode scanning.

Terms & Conditions

• By purchasing via either a online auction or a buy it now listing you agree to all the following terms and conditions.
• All item prices include GST and include a tax invoice from a ABN registered business.
• Sorry pickup is not an option.
• All items must be paid for within 3 days of purchase, otherwise the eBay system will automatically open a Unpaid Item Case and item re listed and no stock can be guaranteed if contact hasn't been made within this period.
• All unpaid item transactions are handled by the eBay system.
• All messaging to be made via eBay messaging system so as a record is kept of messages.

WARRANTY:

• All items with warranty, warranty period begins from the date on the tax invoice.

Returns

• We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee we aim to sort any issues promptly and as soon as time permits.
• Please allow us the opportunity to rectify any issues before you leave any feedback, because leaving non-positive feedback does not help either party.
• If the unlikely event you need to return a item it must be accompanied with the original tax invoice and original packaging otherwise returns cannot be accepted.
• If return is due to a manufacturing default or dead on arrival then buyer agrees to return item and we will replace ASAP. Buyer agrees to pay return postage and seller agrees to pay for the item to be shipped back to the buyer.
• Please organise returns with us through eBay messaging system.
