Refund Policy:
We take pride in the quality of our products and customer service. We ensure all products are brand new and in good condition before shipment. If there are any manufacturing defects found upon receipt of goods, please email us within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the products, and ensure products are unused, and all tags and labels are not to be removed. We will try to replace it, if it is not possible we will refund it in full. Due to hygiene reasons, all undergarments are neither exchangeable nor refundable. We offer a 7 days refund policy and 14 days exchange policy. All returns will be at customers expense and we will refund the purchase price of the item only. We reserves the right to refuse return of products that does not meet our refund and exchange policy. You must keep all tags and labels intact. If they are removed, we cannot accept the returned item.
