· Replacement Policy
· We do not accept the returns that a problem is caused by improper use or not following the instruction.
· Please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization
·Returns should be made within 14 days and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item
·DOA (Defect on Arrival) or within 1 month: Will be replaced free of charge with an identical item upon return of the defective item after we receive and confirm it is defective. Shipping charges will be responsible by seller. Seller will return you the to-Taiwan shipping cost via PayPal upon receipt of the defective item. A registered number of the return shipment would be required.
·Defected after 1 month but within warranty period: Will be replaced with an identical item upon receipt of the defective item. To-Taiwan shipping charges will be paid by the buyer. The seller is responsible only for the other way. A registered number of the return shipment would be required.
·We do not refund shipping fee on returns that are non-defective. We reserve the right to assess a restocking fee if the item is found to be in proper working condition.
· Refund Policy:
1) When a product is simply unwanted, just contact us that you want to return the item for a refund within 7 days of receipt. Buyers are responsible for shipping fees on returns.
2) All products must be returned in the original packaging including all accessories and documentation that shipped with the product. Software CD and Cartridge should be not open and used. Returns must be packaged appropriately to avoid damage during transit.
3) We refund the item cost but does not include the shipping and handling charge. Refund will lead upon receipt of the returned package.
