Paypal is the quickest method of processing your order but we also accept bank deposit or you can ring us with your credit card details.
If you're buying multiple items, please complete your purchases and then request a combined invoice so that we can review the postage and make sure you're not being overcharged.
Payment is required within 3 days of purchase, but as all our items are 'buy it now' and we have high stock levels, it's quicker and easier for us both if you purchase when you're ready to pay.
We aim to despatch 100% of orders on the day that payment clears (cut off 2.30pm AEST). Please allow 1-4 days for deliveries within Australia. International delivery usually takes 7-10 days.
We use a combination of Australia Post and Australian Air Express courier service. We'll choose the cheapest option for you but if you desperately need your order by a particular date, please let us know. We're happy to adjust the postage for Express Post and in many cases it won’t cost much extra to upgrade to the next day service and gives you peace of mind.
If you would like your order insured, please contact us and request registered delivery. We regret that orders not sent insured, by Express Post or by courier cannot be replaced if lost in transit.
Bagside and flapside adhesive! What’s the difference?
This describes where the sticky strip is located on the bag.
‘Flapside adhesive’ means that the adhesive strip is on the flap. The benefit of this type of bag is that you can make a larger flap when sealing to shorten the length of bag to suit contents that don’t take up the entire length of the bag.
‘Bagside adhesive’ means that the peel strip is on the bag. The benefit of this type is that the contents can slide out of the bag without the risk of getting stuck or damaged on the adhesive strip because the flap is adhesive-free. This style of adhesive is particularly loved by photographers, card designers and papercrafters.
Bottom line, if your contents are shorter than the bag, choose ‘flapside’. If your contents take up the full length, choose ‘bagside’ when available.
Can I use the bags for food?
Absolutely! Our bags are manufactured in a strictly controlled, secure area of the factory that has FDA (Food and Drug Authority) approval for the manufacture of food-safe bags.
Are the bags acid-free?
Absolutely! They are completely suitable for photographs, paper, stamps, scrapbooking etc. We have lots of customers who use our bags for precious collections (stamps, magazine, vintage books etc) so you can purchase with confidence.
Do you combine shipping to give a discount on postage?
Yes we do. After you’ve finished ordering, please request a total so that we can review the price of postage and make sure you’re not paying too much.
We like to send whole orders together but there are times when it works out much cheaper for you if we send multiple envelopes (as letters <500g) than combining as a single parcel (>500g). If you would prefer we send your order as a single despatch even if it costs more, please let us know when you’re requesting a total from us.
Do you offer discounts for bulk volume orders?
We most certainly do. We have listings for 100, 500 and 1000 bags in our ebay store. The price for 500 bags receives up to a 10% discount and the price for 1000 bags receives up to a 30% discount. That’s like buying 700 and getting 300 free!!
If you wish to order 300 bags, you would enter ‘3’ as the buy it now number in the listing for 100 bags. If you wish to order 2000 bags, you would enter ‘2’ as the buy it now number in the listing for 1000 bags.
We also offer greater discounts for anyone who wishes to order quantities above 1000. Please contact us for details.
Do you send out samples?
Most definitely! If you would like to try out your product in ours, we’re happy to send out free samples. Just contact us, tell us which sizes you’d like to try and where to send them to and we’ll take care of the rest.
What is your returns policy?
We try to make our listings as easy as possible for you to choose the right size first time. If you accidentally purchase the wrong size, we can exchange for the correct size but you will need to cover the cost of posting the incorrect size back to us in a resaleable condition. If we've made a mistake and sent you the wrong size, we'll reissue your order and pay for the postage to return the incorrect size to us. If you requested airholes in your order, we cannot accept returns (unless we were at fault and sent the wrong size).
