Shipping Policy

1st CLASS ROYAL MAIL STANDARD

UK CUSTOMERS

We post all items by 1st Class Royal Mail Standard to the UK . We ship the same day or next day of payment having been cleared. We will keep you informed via e-mail when we despatch your purchase. Our postal charges include packing your items securely to ensure they arrive in A1 condition. Some items are posted FREE to the UK, but where we charge for postage we offer a discount on multi purchases. If you wish to buy multiple items, just ask us and we'll work something out for you.

Deliver time usually take 1-3 working days. Orders placed during weekends and Bank/Public Holidays are dispatched the following working day. Please note UK delivery timescale is normally Next Working Day however Royal Mail can sometimes take up to 7 working days to deliver parcels sent via First Class Royal Mail so please wait 7 working days from the date of dispatched before contacting us.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

We ship worldwide. All items outside of UK are sent by Airmail as standard. Deilvery time to Europe takes up to 5 working days, other destinations within 7-10 working days. Orders placed during weekends and Bank/Public Holidays are dispatched the following working day. We will keep you informed via e-mail when we despatch your purchase. Our postal charges include packing your items securely to ensure they arrive in A1 condition.

Returns Policy

In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 14 working days of receiving your goods. We are not responsible for any items that go missing in the delivery system. You MUST pay all return postage costs and they will not be refunded by us. It is also your responsibility to ensure that reasonable care is taken of any goods received and to restore them to us in a new and unused condition. You should therefore ensure that they are well packed as missing parts or broken packages will have to be paid for.

If the item is faulty, we will give you an option to choose for a full refund or replacement item to be sent.

When returning, please include: name, address, ebay ID and requirements (exchange or refund).

After we receive returned items, refund (excluding postage) will be transferred back to you.

Address

Please note address must match your PAYPAL address, once you complete the checkout process we will not be able to amend or cancel the order. If you want to change the shipping address please change it before making the payment as we can not change the shipping address later.

Non Payment :

We allow 7 days to receive your payment. After which an automatic reminder is sent. If after 14 days no payment is received, we will advise eBay in-order to reclaim our fees. If you need longer to pay, just let us know and we will try to accomodate you.

Caution: Non payment could result in you receiving an unpaid strike.

If you haven’t received item/s yet:

We send a despatch notification email as soon as we post your item/s. Some items are trackable and you will be given tracking numbers. 1st Class post to the UK can take 3 working days(depending on the time of year)Royal Mail advise items are deemed lost after 15 days for the UK and 28 days for overseas. Please contact us after these times for assistance.
