How to record TV programs from EPG menu

1. Go to TV-in and from EPG panel select the required TV Program by using the remote
2. Press 'Option' on the remote
3. The highlighted TV program will be marked with a red dot
4. Go to 'Time-Rec' to check this selection has been programmed successfully if it's required.
