PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME OF THE CARDBOARD HANGER LABELS HAVE BEEN SLIGHTLY DAMAGED IN TRANSIT FROM THE USA. THE KIT ITEMS ARE IN NO WAY AFFECTED!!!

WE HATE POSTAGE CHARGES TOO!!!!
We do not make profit on postage. The best value for your postage costs is to combine items in one package. You are only charged Australia Post rates, the cost of new materials if applicable, plus the fees we are charged. In most cases, cookie cutters and chocolate moulds are posted in a padded bag purchased from Australia Post which is reflected in the postage price. As we buy these in bulk we charge you less than you would pay for this same item. We regret this added cost however, due to the number of sales per week it is impossible for us to maintain an appropriate supply of used boxes. If we use a recycled box and packaging you are not charged for these items however, you may elect to purchase a new box and you will be charged the appropriate cost.
Our listings state an extra cost per item, however, if the weight of the package is not affected or we do not require a larger sized padded bag, we will not charge you additional postage. Please feel free to request a total from seller if the postage appears incorrect.
Please note that the postage cost is reflected by not only the size of the package but also the thickness. Many of our chocolate moulds and MOST of our fondant cutters can be posted at a large letter rate. When the package exceeds 20mm the package reverts to a small package. We cannot include other types of items with chocolate moulds and texture mats when posted as a letter due to their size and risk of damage by other enclosed items.
PAYMENT
eBay gives buyers a 7 day period in which to pay. If you have not paid or contacted us within this period, an unpaid order will automatically be generated as we do not have the luxury of time to email each customer. Please don't be offended if you receive an eBay reminder. We appreciate that there may be circumstances preventing you paying immediately but we will claim back fees and relist the item/s if payment is not received.
EXPRESS POST
We highly recommend express post - not only does your order arrive quicker but it gives tracking of your items. For larger orders, it is possible that using an express post satchel is cheaper than regular postage. Please be aware that although a satchel may hold a given weight, we are restricted to the volume the satchel will carry. Some remote and country areas do not guarantee overnight delivery but most packages will arrive within 2 working days. If in doubt please speak to your local post office. You may also request registered post which provides tracking and insurance- we will charge you what Australia Post charges us for this service. For packages over $30 we will automatically use the cheaper of these two services as it is expensive for us to absorb the cost of packages going astray.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are happy to ship internationally however, please be aware that the postage charges that appear are domestic only. If the postage that you pay does not cover the postage charged , we will email you and advise the difference in cost and if we do not hear with you within 7 days or you refuse to pay the stated cost we will lodge a dispute to cancel the order.
FREE POSTAGE
In most cases our items are cheaper than the postage cost so we are unable to absorb this cost. Only listings stating 'free postage' will incur no postage charges.
DOMESTIC DELIVERY
We post every working day at 3pm. On Mondays we visit the post office 3 times - the last being 4.30pm. We are located just outside of the ACT. We normally process your order within 24 hours however, please allow plenty of time for your order to arrive. If in doubt please select express post - we are not responsible for packages arriving late.
FEEDBACK
We have an excellent reputation for customer service and postage. We take pride in our business and our customers are our business. If you have a problem please email us immediately. If you request a refund due to the item being damaged or faulty we will request that you return the package with 'return to sender' (and we will refund you accordingly when this is received). This will ensure that you will not need to pay for the return of the parcel. If you have changed your mind or ordered the incorrect item, we are happy to refund this item if received in perfect condition but cannot refund the cost of the postage. We have had one or two neutral or negative feedbacks - including one for recycled packaging and another from a customer who accused us of charging her $20 postage when she only paid $3. Before leaving negative feedback please contact us and appreciate that comments like these reflect poorly on the buyer , not us, the seller, and will be ignored as being ridiculous. It is also unfair to leave negative feedback if you haven't given us the opportunity to rectify your issue.
Due to the volume of sales we have had to use computer generated feedback and feedback with be automatically left for you once you leave your own.
WHOLESALE
We are a retail business who prices their merchandise very fairly. We do not make a large profit. We will consider a discount (usually by way of reducing the postage costs) on very large orders only. In most cases quantities for home use will not be sufficient for us to reduce our prices.
PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM US IF:
You DO NOT like recycled packaging (remember we are prepared to use new packaging at your expense - please request this when you place your order).
You do not allow sufficient time for your order to arrive. Generally we process your order within 24 hours.
