All our Items are checked prior to dispatch. If a buyer wishes to return any item considered unsatisfactory or damaged, an email must be received by Tropical Treasure requesting an exchange or refund (less postage) within 3 calendar days and goods must be received by Tropical Treasure within 7 calendar days.
Buyer must return goods by
registered mail only and where exchange is required, include a stamped, self addressed mailer. Refunds will only be given on the product cost and exclude postage. Buyer must
provide eBay User ID and bank details for a transfer of funds.
Tropical Treasure will not accept any returns without correspondence via either email or eBay message informing Tropical Treasure of the issue.
Buyers accept that all products are hand-crafted and therefore may vary slightly from the photographs and descriptions.
Buyers are requested to leave
positive 
feedback only, upon receiving their item(s). We will leave positive feedback to the buyers on the same day when we receive your positive feedback. Negative feedback cannot solve any problems and will prevent any further attempt by Tropical Treasure to resolve any issue. Please contact us for assistance and to reach a satisfying resolution should you be unsatisfied for any reason.
Tropical treasure uses Australia Post. We offer 3 standards of delivery –
Regular Post, Express Post or eBay satchel - costs as described within postage section. Delivery time excludes weekends/public holidays. All postage costs also include packaging and handling as well as postage Australia wide. Tropical Treasure strongly
recommends Express Post or eBay Satchel for Tracking and Insurance Purposes rather than Regular post.
Buyers have the full responsibility to provide the seller with the correct delivery address on check out of the item(s) and before payment. We will do our best, but any changes of address after check out will not be considered to be valid. The seller will not be liable for any delay, losses, and/or damages of item(s) due to changes of delivery address after check out of the item(s) and mistakes by the buyers. Seller not responsible for Australia Post delays/Issues once posted.
Item(s) will only be shipped after full payment being received and identified by the seller.
Item(s) will only be delivered during normal business hours (between 9:00am - 5:00pm) weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays, and after business hours.
Re-delivery fee may be charged on buyers for item(s) that are undeliverable and/or returned to the seller as a result of incorrect delivery details or unsuccessful delivery either via standard, Express Post or eBay satchel.
These terms and conditions together with eBay user agreement and your winning bid constitute the contract between the winning bidder and Tropical Treasure for the supply of products.
The contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it by email. Bidders are assumed to agree with our full terms and conditions by bidding on our auction(s).
