Frequently Asked Questions & Answers
1. Why are these coins so cheap, and are they worth any money ???
Ans - We buy deceased lots from Local Deceased Estate Auctions, we take great pleasure in getting this stock before Greedy Coin dealers eye it off, the price is determined by the buyers, not us.. thats how the Auction works...
2. Can you hold off paying until you have finished bidding at auction ???
Ans - Yes pls do not pay for the coins, unless you are completely finished bidding as the guys in postage will see this as you want your coins sent, especially if you are looking to combine postage...
3. Do we do Combined Postage ???
Ans - Yes it is Preferred and we do on every item we sell... Pls do not pay for your items straight away unless you have received an invoice and you are not purchasing any further items from us, as the postage will need to amended if you have multiple purchases.
4. Why do I receive invoice even though I'm still bidding on other items ???
Ans - We update your invoices after every purchase so as you can see exactly what you have bought and/or spent and keep track of your purchases, the postage is amended in each invoice....
5. Have these coins been cleaned, coin dipped or polished ????
Ans - We do not touch the physical coins, all we do is sort the coins from the deceased estates, scan the coins and list them on Ebay, we would not know if they have been cleaned, If you suspect they have, To avoid any misunderstandings or misinterpretation , We suggest you do not buy...
6. Are We Coin Dealers???
Ans - No.... Our experience with those greedy little demons, is not good, and they do not like us as we are always taking their stock and selling it too cheap.... I hope I did not offen Penny Aust Lot K8 (Make An Of yet to meet a nice one yet anyway...
