Here is a print advertisement that was in a magazine dated 1944

"The 'signal corps' in action! How the men of Tower X speed wartime trains on the water level route".

Using war-time terms and ideas when drawing a parallel to how the signal tower of the New York Central Railway works is just another interesting way of viewing patriotism in action. Reminding you also to buy more war bonds, this ad features a very nice illustration of the inside of the signal tower.

Size is 6 3/4 by 10 inches (17 x 25.5 cm)
