• We do accept returns within 14days if the product is returned in the original packaging and not used. Postage & handling fees are non-refundable.
• Notification of faulty or damaged goods must be received within 14 days of your parcel notification, where we will provide instructions on how to return the faulty goods or how to lodge a customer service complaint with Australia Post, if damaged in transit.
• Pending inspection of faulty goods, either an exchange of the product will be given and shipped within 48hrs if available. If a replacement is not available then a full refund will be given. We will process the refund by your payment method, either pay pal or a direct deposit to bank account. Postage & handling fees are non-refundable.
