We offer 30 days warranty period (starting from the shipping date). Our warranty covers manufacturer defects, starting from the shipping date. The warranty does not cover defects caused by alteration, modification, repair, misuse of product or physical abuse of product. Any permanent markings on product will void the warranty. Defective product will only be replaced after the original product is returned and evaluated. All returns must be assigned with RMA # . RMA number is valid for 14 days only and we must receive the return item within the 14 days. The RMA number should be included on the return package. Buyer is responsible for all the shipping expenses (unless wrong merchandise was shipped). Return product may subject to a 15% restocking fee depending on the situation and condition of the return item.
