- Buy It Now price is for both tickets (2 tickets).
- Seats are always consecutive, unless stated otherwise.
- These are TicketFast (also known as "E-Tickets"). We will email the tickets to you at no additional charge. You must print these tickets and take them with you to the venue. They are in a standard PDF format which you can print on virtually any computer printer. Please contact us if you prefer that we ship paper printouts of these tickets to you.
- We do NOT substitute tickets. We will send you the exact tickets described in this listing. Because we receive orders from various sources other than eBay (e.g. other websites, phone, etc.), there is a slight possibility that another buyer will purchase some or all of these tickets shortly before you do and before we can remove or revise this listing. Accordingly, your order is NOT final until you receive an email confirmation from us. In the rare circumstance where the tickets you purchase from us are no longer available, we will contact you to offer comparable, or better, replacement tickets, if available. If we cannot offer suitable replacement tickets or if you choose not to accept replacement tickets, we will gladly issue you a full refund.
- These Tickets are TicketFast or e-tickets. We will email the tickets to you immediately upon receiving payment.
- We ask that you confirm receipt of the tickets by return email. If you do not confirm that you received the tickets, we have the right to have the tickets voided (canceled) and to refund your payment.
- If you would prefer that we ship paper printouts of these tickets to you, please let us know.
- PayPal is the only payment method we accept. You can pay through PayPal using a credit card, debit card, or bank account.
- Payment must be received within 2 days. Failure to remit payment in this time will result in a Non-paying bidder alert being posted.
- We will not confirm your order until we receive your payment.
- Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your tickets are lost or damaged during shipping, you must make a claim with the carrier. We may assist you by providing any necessary documentation.
- Refunds: We issue refunds only when an event is officially cancelled (not postponed or rescheduled). We will refund your full payment price, less shipping charges, if your event is officially cancelled. For officially cancelled events, refunds must be requested no later than 10 days after the scheduled event date.
- Please note: We may not be notified of cancellations and schedule changes, and will not notify you. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm the date and time of your event. We will not provide any refund for postponed or rescheduled events as the venue will honor your tickets on the new event date.
- Pricing: Your purchase price may be higher or lower than the face value of your tickets. Your discovery of a difference between your purchase price and face value upon delivery of your tickets or otherwise does NOT provide grounds for cancelling your order or challenging your purchase with PayPal or your credit card provider. All sales are final. Refunds are gladly issued only if the event is officially cancelled.
- Seating Chart: Any venue seating chart displayed in this listing is based on the most accurate seating details disclosed to the public by the ticketing agency, event venue website or event venue box office. We are not responsible for changes or errors in the seating chart. Floor plans differ from event to event and variables like the stage configuration or sound board location can alter the seating layout. We are responsible only for what is printed on the tickets, including the section, row and seat numbers (if seat numbers are included in this listing). As a value added service to our clients, we make a good faith effort to denote seating locations on venue seating charts. As the venue seating is not within our direct control, we cannot be held responsible for guaranteeing the exact location of any seats. Any questions you may have regarding the seating location should be forwarded to the event venue box office. We will gladly furnish the event venue box office phone number upon request.
