A: No it is not. We sell 4 types of screen protectors and as a color scheme we have choosen to have red as our ultra clear screen protector type. When you purchase this screen protector you will receive a clear screen protector. Screen protector you receive will cover the area we highlighted in the image.
Q: How many screen protectors are included in the auction?
A: Please refer to our "Package Contents" section for the amount of screen protectors you will receive per auction bid.
Q: What is the screen protector made of?
A: Japanese thermo-plastic polymer (PET) material. Made to resist scratches and keep your screen looking new. There are many different types of materials available for screen protection. Materials from Japan / Korea / Taiwan / USA / Germany. Because of this there is a strong relationship with quality to price. We use Japan PET material with the best quality for its price. And we manufacture it in China to give you maximized savings.
Q: Can I custom pick different screen protector types?
A: No each screen protector has a different cost in manufacturing and is priced accordingly. Combined with high daily sales volume, in order to process your order and ship it in a timely manner without incurring mistakes we can not mix and match. Please purchase the different types according to their ads to ensure we do not make mistakes with your order and causing delays in your purchase.
Q: Is this screen protector edge to edge?
A: We mass produce screen protectors in large quantities. Although we attempt to make a pre-cut full screen on all models, there may be room for up to 1.5mm differential measured from edge to edge. But most importantly our screen protectors are designed to protect and cover your LCD screen to provide you with best viewing clarity. Additionally, it is designed to provide easy application on to your device.
Q: How many types of screen protectors are there?
A: There are 4 types of screen protectors we carry for your electronic device. Some may not be available on all because of supply and demand but we do carry universal cuts if you must have it. Reference our chart for which screen protector is best suitable for your use.
Q: Why is the screen protector shown as a different color in the picture?
A: This is the surface area in which the screen protector covers. When you purchase a clear you will get a crystal clear screen protector. We use a color scheme to separate the various screen protection types we carry.
Q: Does the screen protector fit my screen?
A: Our screen protectors are pre cut and tested to fit your device model. Beware of generic screen protectors, we have tested our design to ensure your screen protector protects more then your LCD screen. *applicable to most models please reference the product description for further details.
Q: Why is there so many cheaper alternatives?
A: Price and quality do have a strong relationship with screen protectors. We bring you the lowest costing at the highest quality for the level of screen protection.There are many different types of materials available for screen protection. Materials from Japan / Korea / Taiwan / USA / Germany. We use Japan PET material with the best quality for its price. If you expect 100% scratch resistance we recommend you spend the extra $$$ for higher quality, we will be carrying a higher quality product line up for this.
Q: How long is shipping to USA? Worldwide?
A: It is 1-3 weeks to USA. It will arrive through USPS. We are shipping it from Hong Kong which is overseas. For worldwide it depends from 2-4 weeks. Be aware of possible delays from local customs / postal service processing / long distance shipping. Please allow your country's local postal service sufficient time to process and deliver your purchase. Read our suggested shipping timeframe before you purchase. Sometimes PATIENCE IS REQUIRED. Do not buy from us if you are impatient. We already offer low prices but it comes from a far. Do not tell us you've purchased items before and they came faster. The postal system can be inconsistent and requires time to do its job. Afterall we both are at the mercy of our dear, beloved postal system. Mail can get lost so get into contact with us.
Q: How much is shipping to my country?

INSTRUCTIONS

• Clean the screen with the cloth in order to remove the dust and containments. For best results make sure you do this in the cleanest dust proof environment available.

• There are 2 plastic removable films on both sides of the screen protector that protect it before application. To ensure a smooth application of the screen protector, please test pull tab 1 and tab 2 before hand to see that they will properly pull off the protection layer that protects the screen protector. If you lift the tabs and they do not pull off a protection layer please refer to our troubleshooting section for a video clip on troubleshooting or read the below how-to guide.

• The screen protector is in between these 2 plastic films which will be discarded upon application

• Step 1 - Clean the LCD screen thoroughly using the Micro-fiber Lint Free Cleaning Cloth provided

• Step 2 - Peel off the Mask 1 from the screen protector using the tab (the plastic film glued to the paper tab should come off with the paper tab)

• Step 3 - Carefully apply this side of the screen protector to the LCD Screen (stick or adhere making sure it is aligned properly to surface)

• Step 4 - After application of the screen protector to the LCD Screen, peel off the 2nd plastic film (MASK 2) using its tab ( the 2nd plastic film glued to the paper tab should come off with the paper tab)

• IMPORTANT: If the any of the tabs do not pull off the protection screen layer your alternative solution is to grab scotch tape or sticky tape and apply it to any corner edge. Apply pressure to bond the tape to the screen protection layer and attempt to pull off the layer. Alternatively you may use tweezers and scrap the edge of a corner to loosen the protective layer and then peel off.
• If you are having problems with bubbles, please ensure you are doing this installation in the most dust free environment available to you. We recommend using a business card to push bubbles out. However best way to apply you screen protector is the method used in the video.

• Please make reference to the video if you occur any problems. Or contact us. We have built a video library of the most common problems and how to troubleshoot.
