Wash your hair immediately after swimming. If possible avoid getting hair in salt water as the salt can take all the moisture out of the hair and it will lead to tangling of the hair. If you do choose to swim in salt water we recommend you to wash your hair immediately. For best results use a spray in conditioner after swimming. You must NEVER sleep on wet hair. Sleeping on wet hair is known to matte hair which makes it very difficult to keep the hair the way you want. Just make sure your hair is completely dry before you go to sleep.
