Yo, yo, yo! Here's a top shelf Champagne that has captivated a wide range of fans. Everyone from royalty to blinged up rappers has been seen drinking this, even Posh and Becks are big fans of Cristal, so why not put this celebrity Champagne in your fridge for a special occasion. It's powerful, opulent and graceful with white stone fruits, apples, orange and white florals decorating the nose, along with licks of buttery pastries. The palate is full-bodied and dry with those stone fruits and butter flavours coming through, together with a fine mousse, a tight, citrusy acid backbone and dry, fruity finish.

Winemakers Note

Appearance: Brilliant straw with pale amber nuances and a lively and creamy mousse.

Nose: An intensely elegant, rich and open bouquet, with a succession of white fruits (apple), ripe and juicy yellow fruits (peaches) and slightly sour citrus fruits (mandarins and oranges). The quite typical Chardonnay notes then evolve, white flowers (acacia), dried fruit and buttery caramel hints suggestive of vanilla pastries.

Palate: The palate is full-bodied, supple and vinous and typically chardonnay, showing ripe white and yellow fruits,with almost buttery notes. The measured bubbles and fresh limestone extend in the mouth providing a pure and graceful line and length. The finish is slightly tighter yet with lingering, sensuous, sweet fruit.

Service: Serve chilled (8-10 degrees Celsius). Cristal Brut 2005 is defined by its aromatic openness and intensely Chardonnay character: precise, seductive and delicious. Cristal Brut is an exquisite aperitif or celebratory Champagne. and the strength and finesse of Cristal makes it an excellent accompaniment to delicate dishes based on scallops, lobster and crayfish, John Dory fish and caviar.

Do I need to be home when my purchase arrives?

No. If you are not at home the courier will leave a note with a phone number you can call to arrange redelivery. In some cases, where the wine is being sent directly to you by the winery, the wine may be sent via Australia Post and, if you are not home, your order will left at your nearest Australia Post Office for collection (with a card placed in your letter box).

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Sorry, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Can I pickup from you?

Sadly not - all of our wine is stored at a closed, off-site warehouse.

Changes to Items Listed

Wine is an agricultural product and as such does tend to run out/ and or change vintage. If this does happen we will have to remove the item or substitute it with a similar item (not without telling you first!) and if necessary refund you. We also reserve the right to change or remove a listing (and refund you if necessary) if there are errors of any kind.

Breakages

If you receive a case of wine with one or more broken bottles, simply let us know within 2 working days of the date of delivery and Cracka Wines will issue you with an account credit equal to the price paid by you for the broken bottles.
