Cracka ReviewThe Racers and Rascals were a Vintage sports club that used to drive around the Killara Estate Property in the 1940s. This wine is a fitting tribute to those automotive adrenaline junkies, a Yarra Shiraz that’s full of high-octane flavour and bags of medium bodied flavour. Expect plenty of plum and red fruit flavours, a slight savoury edge and a light but long finish.
TASTING NOTES - Light to medium bodied, a fresh red and black plum and cherry mix with
attractive slightly savoury tannins and a complimentary touch of oak.
Soft fruity and full of flavor. Made as a lighter, drink now style.
FOOD MATCH - Match with saucy pasta, full flavoured meats and soft cheeses.
CELLARING - Drink young and fresh
