SHIPPING: Shipping/handling charges for Diecast Car IS CALCULATED for USA delivery (including APO, FPO) via USPS Priority Mail based on the ZIP CODE the car is being shipped to. Since I'm on the East Coast, shipping charges increase as the Zip Codes move West ward........ I'm sorry for people out west, it's just the way that USPS is with their postal rates. All my shipping labels are printed on-line thru PayPal so there is a discount passed on to the buyer versus going to the USPS Post Office to pay for shipping which does cost more.  Cars are shipped Internationally via USPS Priority Mail International and is calculated based on the Country the car is being shipped to.

For Hat items is $7.24, unless otherwise specified,  for USA Delivery.   All hats shipped Internationally are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.  Postage fees will vary from Country to Country.

International Mail for Hats is shipped via USPS First Class Mail. 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES:  ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS MUST GO THRU CUSTOMS IN EVERY COUNTRY WHICH CAN CAUSE ADDITIONAL DELAYS IN SHIPPING.  DUTY FEES AND TAXES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER

I do combine shipping if Diecast items can be shipped together as follows: 2nd Item $3.50 and for everyone there after. For Hats items it is $1.50 for the 2nd item and for everyone there after.  Combined shipping time line is 5 days from the end of the first item's auction.  I DO NOT combined shipping for diecast cars and hats together.

When items are shipped, a confirmation number is emailed to the purchaser.  

I will refund the purchase price of an item when requested, no questions asked. Shipping charges are not refundable.  If a refund is requested on an Advance (Pre) Order, I will refund purchase price immediately. When a refund is requested on a shipped item, the item is to be shipped back to me in the same box and the original condition that it was shipped. When the returned item is received I will process the refund.
If an item is received and an exchange is requested, the first item MUST be returned to be, when it is received, I will ship the new item (if available).  This one is new, IF I SHIP A WRONG ITEM, THE WRONG ITEM MUST BE SHIPPED BACK TO ME FIRST, WHEN IT IS RECEVIED I WILL SHIP THE CORRECT ITEM.  THIS CHANGE WAS NECESSARY BECAUSE OF A FEW NOT SO NICE PEOPLE WHO DID NOT RETURN THE WRONG ITEM BACK TO ME AFTER I SHIPPED THE CORRECT ITEM AND INCLUDED A PREPAID RETURN SHIPPING LABEL.  I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO SHARE THEIR NAMES AND EBAY ID IF YOU ASK ME. eBay has a buyer protection program, they have no program to protect sellers being proactive and get stung in the process..
