1) For return item for refund or exchange, make sure all the contents (Box, manual, watch tap etc) are in 100% good condition without any physical damage (scratches, crash, flaws of any kinds etc.). If the link of the bracelet has been removed, you need restore it back before sent back to us.
2) Item should be carefully packed, make sure there has enough protection (bubble wrap) to protect the box during transit.
3) We have to receive your return item first, then will prcoess refund or exchange.
4) Postage fee are not refundable, even though our listing show free postage, actually postage cost is included on the sale price. It cost $10, so for item return for refund, total amount of refund will be sale amount minus $10
