grinderPUNCH LOVES you, and will treat you with respect, but grinderPUNCH also asks for respect in return by you following the terms. Returns/Exchanges can ONLY be made if the item is broken or defective. Once verified, we will send you another one right away and reimburse your shipping cost.

FAST SHIPPING! Most orders will ship out the same day if payment is made before 1 PM PST. grinderPUNCH uses FedEx and USPS shipping! Some items (typically heavy items) ship within 2-3 business days and may ship via a different carrier.

Shipment tracking information will be emailed to buyer after purchase. grinderPUNCH ships orders in a plain brown box or plain bubble mailer. The outside of the package will not indicate what the item is, nor will it indicate our user name.

The sooner we receive your payment, the sooner we can ship your product out.
grinderPUNCH does not guarantee that your item will still be in stock if payment is made more than 4 days after the end of the listing. If this occurs, you may either cancel the order or have your item placed on backorder.

Thank you for taking the time to read grinderPUNCH's return policy. Our return policy covers issues regarding incorrect shipments, defective items and exchanges. Please read carefully and if your situation fits within the specified instances, please continue on to the instructions to open a Return Request on our website through your account.

We only accept returns and/or exchanges of products if:

1. You receive an incorrect item - If you receive a product you did not order, do not open the product. The item must be in its original unopened packaging and grinderPUNCH must be contacted within 7 days of your receipt of shipment. For incorrect shipments, we will also pay the return shipping costs. Incorrect shipments only include discrepancies between the invoice and product shipped.
2. You receive a defective item - Test run your product before you put it to good use! If your item is damaged during shipment or non-functioning, please contact grinderPUNCH (through the Refund Request tab by logging into your account). You must contact grinderPUNCH within 7 days of your receipt of shipment. The product must be in original condition and include all packaging and accessories. Defective items may be handled by the manufacturer. If this is the case, we will provide you with contact information regarding your specific case.
3. You would like to exchange/return an unopened item - The item must be in its original unopened packaging and grinderPUNCH must be contacted within 7 days of your receipt of shipment. We will exchange the returned item for another item on grinderPUNCH or you may also request a refund. The refund will be less a 20% restocking fee. You will be responsible for all costs associated with the return (including shipping costs). Any products received after the 7 day period will be credited with store credit.
4. After the 7 day period after the sale has been made, we will not accept any returns for any reason. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If shipping products back to grinderPUNCH we strongly recommend that you insure your package(s). We are not liable for package(s) that are lost and/or damaged during shipping.

 

If opened, your product MUST BE THOROUGHLY CLEANED. IF THE UNIT IS NOT THOROUGHLY CLEANED, YOUR RETURN WILL BE REFUSED. NO EXCEPTIONS

 

You should expect to receive your refund within a week of grinderPUNCH receiving your package. This time period includes the transit time to grinderPUNCH (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your payment institution to process our refund request (2 to 3 business days).
