Payments must be made via Paypal within 5 business days of the auction ending or But it Now order is submitted. If payment is not made within 5 business days, a non paying bidder alert with eBay will be submitted. We only accept Paypal for payment. There are no exceptions. Combined invoices into one payment can be done if requested. If needed, please contact us by contacting seller and sending us an eBay message. Once a payment is made, no order can be canceled or modified. We strive to have a very fast turnaround time. Once a payment is made the order is processed and shipped right away. Invoices are sent electronically as well by email. No invoices will be enclosed within the package.
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of the order being received. Many times, any order placed by 1pm CST will ship the same day. Shipments are made to the address received on the Paypal invoice at the time of purchase only. No address changes will be made once an order is submitted. If an address change is needed, it would need to be done through Paypal prior to payment. Tracking information is sent automatically via email once generated. A tracking notice will be sent to the email address on file with eBay and a notice should also be found in your My eBay section as well. We only ship to the lower 48 states in the U.S. Hawaii and Alaska would need additional shipping costs. If an item has Free Shipping it will only apply to the lower 48 states as well. We only ship via UPS ground shipping. All packages will be shipped ground. There are no in store/local pick up options. All packages are shipped out with UPS. All of our packages are generated automatically with a flat rate 1 pound label. They are then weighed again once they arrive at the UPS facility. Please disregard the weight as it does not reflect or indicate the actual weight or contents. Due to the volume of our shipping, we ship our products out in pallet form and a UPS semi picks them up. They go straight to the largest UPS facility in the country. They do not go directly to a UPS hub where they scan every package. This is why you may not see all of the shipment progress. There may be occasions where tracking updates are not visible until the day of arrival. We do not ship to P.O Boxes or APO addresses. We wish UPS shipped to those locations, but unfortunately, they do not. We only ship to physical addresses and physical addresses are needed for shipment. If you purchase something on the weekend, you may receive a tracking notice but progress may not be updated until the following business day. Signature Required - As per Paypal and eBay policy, any order over $250 or any international shipment will be signature required. We cannot alter this policy. It is simply for security purposes. Please keep that in mind when ordering. Combined Shipping - If possible, we will try to combine shipping. Not all items are able to be combined. Please email us with what you would like and we will be happy to see what we can do. Orders are not guaranteed to be combined as all orders are processed once a payment is made. We can only combine orders if no payment is received. Shipments in transit - In some cases, orders can be redirected through UPS. A fee is needed for this service. Or, we can have a package held for pick up at a UPS location closes to the original shipping address for no additional fee. Those are the only two options. If a package is returned to our location due to being not delivered, a message will be sent to arrange alternate options. A fee will be needed as well in this instance. International Shipping - International orders can be completed through the eBay Global Shipping Program. This is a service provided by eBay directly. We ship the package to an eBay location, and they complete the international portion. Additional shipping time is needed to allow for this.

We only sell items we buy direct from the manufacturer. We have never once sold an item that did not come direct from the manufacturer. We stand behind all of our products. Returns & Exchanges
As long as the item is still new and unused you are welcome to send back the item for either a refund or exchange. All items are under the EBay return policy with a money back option within 14 days of purchase so long as the item is still in the same condition that it was received. All items can only be returned if still new and unused and in the same condition as they were received. All items must be returned in its original packaging with tags if applicable. All Returns/Exchanges are subject to a 20% Re-stocking Fee. For exchanges, please contact us and we can provide a return form that can be included with the returned item. An exchange can either be done by filling out the form and noting the requested item to be exchanged for. Or, a new order can be made right away, and noted on the form that a duplicate order was done and a return for refund is requested. For refunds, customers can request return labels from the eBay Managed Returns Experience. Buyers can print a return label, select a cause for return, track status, see the estimated return amount, and are protected by the returns policy. Buyers will go to the Returns section of eBay to initiate that process. Shipping and Handling charges are non refundable. If shipping was free, actual cost will be deducted from any refund. We do not receive any type of refund from UPS, therefore that charge will be deducted. To assist in the return/exchange process, please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip with the completed form back to us. All packages, especially shoes must be packaged in some kind of packaging rather than simply placing a shipping label directly onto the box/product.
