We accept for 30 days after you have received the item. You must contact us first for a RMA number prior to returning and items. Returns without a RMA number may be refused. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The items must be received by us in the same unused unopened condition they were sent in. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, installed, abused or broken. All items will be fully tested and inspected once we receive them back. Items that have been opened or are not in the original packaging will be assessed a restocking fee not to exceed 50% of the purchase price. The return shipping cost is the buyers responsibility. We do not reimburse the return shipping cost. You can expect to see the the refund on your account within 3-5 days after we have received the item. This will allow us to inspect and test the item and approve your return. RMA numbers will expire 14 days after they have been issued. Returns that have not been shipped in this time will be refused. If for any reason your item did not fit your vehicle please contact us so we can get you the correct part. If the item has been unclaimed or refused and sent back to us will be refunded minus any and all shipping charges incurred by us. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
