Items are usually shipped within 1 business day after payment has cleared. During busy periods, shipment may take longer.  If you ever need time-definite delivery, contact us and we will rush your shipment.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

• USPS First Class Mail is provided as a low-cost option for our buyers.  This service has no tracking and a variable delivery time.  DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY IN THE MONTH OF DECEMBER. Items are usually delivered within 1-4 weeks, but sometimes take 1-2 months. This is beyond our control.  We will not know where the item is while in transit. This is a good service if you want to save money and do not need the item immediately.  There will be no refunds for lost packages until 45 days after shipment, after you have returned the appropriate insurance forms to us.  
•  USPS Priority Mail is a service with some tracking information and an estimated delivery time of 6-10 business days after shipment. This does not include customs processing, which is typically 24-48 hours but may sometimes be a week or more. The tracking info usually shows when it leaves the US, and when it arrives in your country.  
•  USPS Express Mail is a service with detailed tracking information and (typically) a guaranteed delivery time within 5 business days after shipment. The tracking information is updated regularly. If you purchase an expensive item, need a shipment quickly, or want to know where it is at all times, we recommend this service.

Delivery information / tracking numbers (depending on service chosen) will be sent to all customers upon package shipment. Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. International buyers are responsible for duties and customs fees.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.  Only items in the exact same condition as sent - with tags attached, never worn/used, in manufacturer packaging, etc - will be accepted.  Any item not meeting the original condition will be subject to a variable restocking fee.  Buyer pays all return shipping charges.  For items with free shipping, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the return amount.
