What are the processing times?
Processing time for payments can vary from each method, we strive to process payments as quickly as possible but please allow 1-2 days after we receive your payment for your order to be processed, please note that bank transfers can take up to 48 hours for us to recieve, even if your financial institute says the payment is instant it still may take time for your refernece to show on our accounts.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
After your order has been processed and shipped, items that are express posted will take between 1-3 working days. Please contact or visit the provided shipping company first before contacting us, as your item/s may be awaiting collection from your local post office. All tracking details are emailed to you after your order is dispatched. If you do not receive an email please check your spam folder first before contacting us.
How much are the shipping fees?
The shipping fees for all of our products are clearly stated on the checkout page. The fees cover Australian Air Express and eParcel. Services include Ground, Next Day, Second Day and 3 Day delivery. For international orders we prefer to use Australia Post. We may at any time decide to use a more econimical or different service. We also welcome overseas bidders and will supply shipping costs on request or checkout! Postage times may vary depending on location. If this product offers FREE postage please read below.
Do you allow local pickup at your location? Yes! We now have a Direct Factory Outlet located at Building 2. 7/9 Butler Way Tullamarine. VIC 3043. Please do not order online if you intend to pick it up, as you may still have to pay any postage and handling fees associated with the item.

We offer Free Courier Service anywhere in Australia for this product. The FREE service is a "no signature required" service, we will provide you only with a tracking number. This option is perfect if you know that somebody will be at the delivery address at all times during business hours or you have a PO Box or a secure place for the delivery man to leave the item at your address as if you are not home the item will be left at the delivery address in most cases. In the unlikely situation your item is missing during delivery, we cannot and will not replace the item, if you would like your item to be covered for damge during the delivery for this service, we would suggest choosing Insurance as this is the only way we will replace/repair the damaged article. If you require a signature on delivery please choose another postage option. Please do not ask for a replacement if insurance has not been paid for. (To Insure your article please pay the additional $2.00 charge, on checkout)

Please choose carefully when purchasing as all sales are final. If you do not wish to pay for this item do not proceed to purchase it. Once you have selected to purchase from Celebrity Style, you are obligated by these terms and conditions to pay for it. Customers who fail to pay within 14 days, personal details will be forwarded onto our collection department and will be contacted by a debt collector to finalise your payment. You will also be liable for any fees or charges that may occur in recovering your payment. Celebrity Style reserves the right to withdraw any product from sale. Celebrity Style reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any customer who wishes to be released from their contract/sale obligations without payment.
We try to ensure that a large range of stock is kept on hand. In the event that we are out of a particular colour or item you have selected, you will be contacted with the expected ETA and your purchase will be placed on backorder

Returns or Replacements:

We will happily offer replacement items if: * the item is "dead on arrival" i.e. it is broken or damaged. * There is a manufacturing fault with the item. * The wrong item was sent to you. Any item returned to Celebrity Style for replacement, found to be in correct condition will incur a $30.00 Service Fee. Any unauthorised repairs carried out on any of our products will result in the Warranty being voided.
Any associated costs related to the return of any products for repairs or replacement is the responsibility of the customer.

Refund: Please return the unused product, in its brand new condition, in the exact same re-salable condition. All refunds are excluding postage. Any associated costs related to the return of any products for refund are the responsibility of the customer.
Selecting a colour from a computer screen can sometimes be difficult. Celebrity Style can offer a colour exchange. Colours can be exchanged provided the extensions are unused and the zip tie is still intact. The packaging must also be in its brand new state. Customers must include a self addressed pre paid envelope or payment details for return shipping, a copy of your invoice and contact details including, return address. Please ensure that the exchange form that you would have received with your order is completely filled in. Please allow 14 days for exchanging.

Overseas Bidders Payment can only be made via PayPal. Please contact us for a shipping total before checkout, you MUST not check out without contacting us first. Orders will not be dispatched if an incorrect shipping amount has been paid. Please allow up to 14 working days after a cleared payment for international postage, as items are shipped from Australia.
Shipping costs include guaranteed dispatch within 5 - 10 working days of payment being received / processed (within Australia). All deliveries are performed during normal business hours. Faulty Items All products are individually inspected before being dispatched, to ensure items are sent out in perfect condition. How much solution should be used?
Please ensure there is AT LEAST 250mls of solution in the container when applying a spray tan. This is to ensure an even flow of solution is achieved, as not holding the handgun level throughout the application will cause an uneven coat of solution.
What is DHA?
DHA – The “Master Ingredient.” DHA is derived from raw sugar cane and fermented glycerine. It is a colourless sugar that interacts with dead cells on the skin’s surface to darken it over a period of several hours.
Does the solution smell?
No. Good quality DHA does not smell nor is it masked with any perfumes. You should only be able to smell a slight alcohol scent with high quality Solution. Our DHA is European
How long does it take to dry?
This can depend on the thickness of each coat applied. For example if you apply a standard coat, it should dry in most places instantly areas like under the arms need slightly longer to dry.
Is it as simple as having a shower when you reach your desired time eg 6 or 8 hours?
Yes. Full developing times are provided on the back of the bottle. Once you achieve the desired colour simple shower with (warm not hot water) try not using too much soap for the first shower as it can extremely lighten the tan.
How long will the tan last?
Many companies claim their Solution last up to 10 days, this is true but after using any Solution the tan will start to fade in about 5 days. The more you moisturise the longer the tan will last. Exfoliating before applying will also prolong the tan and allows it to fade more evenly.
When you spray it on is it brown (coloured) so you can tell easily where you have sprayed?
Yes. Celebrity Style Solution has an instant bronzer, so you can easily see where you are applying the tan. The bronzer will then wash off in the first shower revealing a natural golden tan underneath.
What Ingredients is found in Solutions on the market?
* Ethoxy Diglycol – Helps to prevent separation of the other cosmetic tanning solution ingredients and helps them absorb into skin’s outermost layer more effectively.
* FD&C Colouring – A colouring agent that is certified as safe for use in food, drugs, and cosmetics.
* Fragrances – Sometimes used to make the cosmetic tanning solution smell pleasant, but these are often used just to minimize the scent of DHA.
* Glycerin – Also called glycerine and glycerol. This is used to maintain skin’s natural moisture balance and to help oils in skin do their job better. It also helps to thicken cosmetic tanning solutions.
* Immediate vs. Delayed – Most solutions contain both an immediate and a delayed tanner. The prime ingredient for delayed tanning is of course, DHA. The prime ingredient for immediate tanning varies but usually is called a cosmetic bronzer.
* Polysorbates – These are fatty acids that are used to thicken up a solution and serve as an emollient, which prevents water loss while lubricating, soothing and softening skin.
