We will ship your purchase within 2 business days after receipt of payment. If you wish to have postage insurance please select this option through the checkout.
Australian customers: We advise you to ship your purchase by Registered Post. Where the value of the shipment exceeds $30 we strongly recommend using Registered Post with tracking number.
International customers: We advise you to use Express Post International or DHL as regular Sea and Air mail cannot be traced.
COMBINED POSTAGE DISCOUNT
We offer a combined postage discount for multiple items purchase with us. The discount offer is valid for 3 business days from the time of the 1st purchase.
If you intend to make use of the combined postage discount, please do not pay until you have completed all your purchases - we will have issued you the final invoice with the applicable postage costs. The discount does not apply to transactions paid for separately.
We offer a full warranty on our products against manufacturing defects. Warranty covers 2 years and applies to items under normal usage. Please contact us through before sending the faulty item back. (We reserve the right to void the warranty if our technicians identify the returned item had been misused.) The faulty item will be replaced with the postage and handling fees at our cost.
We do not have a refund policy for customers who change their mind after purchasing.

4) Reason for returning goods or description of the problem (if faulty)
