TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We provide a 14 day money back guarantee, subject to you not opening the products seal or used the item. The product must be in a saleable condition. All our products come with a 1 year warranty from date of purchase. If you purchase a product and it is faulty, we will take full responsibility on returning the item; if no fault is found, the item will be returned at your own cost. Please ensure you read the description, specifications and compatibility before buying one of our products. If you are not sure what you are looking for, please contact us via email micronic@live.co.uk or phone 01962 808763 and we will be happy to help. We respond to emails within 1-10 hours during our working hours (10am-5pm Mon-Fri UK GMT)

If you are returning an item to us within the 14 days, please ensure the product in in saleable condition, in its original packaging and unused. You must return the item with original sales invoice or a letter with your account details. Goods will not be refunded if the item appears to have been used or is not in saleable condition.

For refunds, replacements and repairs send the items back to us at your own cost, once we receive them, we will refund you the amount (please note all refunds take up to 72 hours upon receipt of returned item) We will not be held responsible for returns that do not reach us.

If the product you have purchased breaks or is faulty within the 14 days, please contact us and we can replace or repair free of charge, if we cannot do this we will issue you a refund. All products have a 1 year warranty so if your item breaks or goes faulty within this time, we can replace or repair item. Return postage after 14 days is at your cost.

If your item has caused any damage to a device of yours, we will not accept any liability or claim. All of our products are brand new and we can only offer a replacement or refund as stated above. If you are in doubt we strongly advise that you hire a professional engineer to test and install the product for you. You may also check our feedback to see if there has been negativity for such item; also check other sellers who are selling a similar item or you may wish to search the internet for it.

Please check with courier companies for claims. Any returned items that have any signs of abuse or intentional damage, will be refused and returned to sender. If custom duty is charged for returned items then this will also be refused and returned to sender. If you are an international buyer please make sure that your returned item is marked as ‘gift’ on customs form otherwise we will be charged duty and it will be refused.
