The set comes with a nylon sheath.

PEOPLE UNDER 18 CANNOT BUY KNIVES

Under changes to Victorian Laws, effective from January 1st 2011 it is an offence for someone under 18 to purchase ANY kind of knife. Breaches of this law will result in fines and/or jail time. Once you make your purchase simply email us stating that you are at least 18 years old, this saves delays in postage.

To the best of my knowledge and understanding I believe the following information is correct, however rules change all the time, so if you are concerned, contact your State Police Headquarters to be sure.

• South Australia                WEAPONS PERMIT REQUIRED You do not need to show us your permit to purchase this item, but you DO need to have a permit for it. (Ring 08 8204 2495 to get one)
• Western Australia            NO PERMIT required
• Queensland                       NO PERMIT required
• New South Wales            NO PERMIT required
• Tasmania                           NO PERMIT required
• ACT                                     WEAPONS PERMIT REQUIRED  You do not need to show us your permit to purchase this item, but you DO need to have a permit for it.
• NT                                        NO PERMIT required

In every State & Territory, except Victoria, it is totally your responsibility to ensure you comply with all laws relating to this purchase. For Victorian’s we FORCE compliance because Swords ‘n Blades is a licensed trader of certain Prohibited Weapons in the State of Victoria and as such have rules we HAVE to abide by.

Any successful Victorian Bidder will need to provide the following ......

1. Prohibited Weapons Permit (There is NO exemption for these items)
2. Driver’s Licence or other photo ID.

The winning bid/purchase is a legal contract under Australian Law and you are required to make payment within 7 days of the auction’s end (this can be extended if you contact us and make arrangements).

Postage & Insurance

Please be advised that the edges/sides of these throwing knives are not sharp and are designed with either a flat or special bevelled edge.
