Shipping Information

For all SMALL Hoodies, they will be put in 500g satchel bags, which is why the smalls are all reduced down to $45. We normally sell all the hoodies at the same price of $55 at our store in the city however, we have found that small hoodies are able to fit in these smaller bags and have decided to reduce the cost for our customers.

All Postage cost is in Australian Dollars and comes with Tracking Number (Impossible to Loose) All items are sent every Tuesday and Wednesday. Expect delivery within 2 - 6 business Days

For a refund you will need to post the item back to us with a small note with your ebay name and a short reason for the refund to better our services, and we will refund your total amount minus shipping as soon as its received as well as a message notifying you of the refund.

For size exchanges we will require you to send with the item a prepaid satchel for us to send back. Please also include a note indicating your ebay name and the full description and size of the item you wish to exchange it for.

We will gladly exchange any item that has been sent from us within 10 days of purchase, however we may extend the time period if given good enough reason, and as long as its in the same condition as it was sent. The buyer will need to a Pre-Paid postage satchel for the item to be sent back included with the exchange item.  Please message me for confirmation and address for it to be sent.

We at Blackwave always strive to be as professional as possible and send you the items as soon as possible, however their maybe rare times when items are difficult to find. If the items are not readily available at the store, we may have to pick it up at our warehouse, which means their may be a slight delay, however you will be notified right away if such a thing does occur.

We may also in very rare occasion may not have the design or size that you may have ordered, in which case we will give you the option of exchanging the item with another of equal value and offer compensation in the form of either band badges or wristbands or patches or stickers along with your item.  However, if no replacements can be found, then we will offer a full refund of the purchased price.
