• Accepted payments include credit cards (Visa/ Master card), direct deposit, cheque or money order (payable to "On Line Centre Pty Ltd"). Credit Card payment will incur a handling Fee of 1.5%. When required, customer has to fill in an authorization form with credit card details.
• We do not charge your credit card until the goods are ready to be shipped or pick up, our online payment gateway PayPal will only do pre-authorisation to ensure sufficient fund available.

  Order will be ready for pick up once you have received notification by email/phone from us. Some products may not be available for pickup.
  

Shipping Insurance is recommended, it will covered your loss if the item is stolen or broken during transition.

• We are not responsible for any delay arising during the shipment.
• Customer is responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign and accept the delivery.
• Customer is responsible for any shipping fee, including fee for re-delivery if the given shipping address was incorrect or shipping address was unattended at the time of delivery.
• OnLine Centre owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been dispatched in error.

Product Return/Refund/D.O.A (Dead On Arrival Product):

• We do not provide refund due to change of mind, unless the product is Dead On Arrival (DOA).
• At our discretion we may refund with 20% restocking fee less shipping and will only be accepted within 7 days after customer receiving the goods. Customer needs to obtain Return Authorisation (RA) number and must be shipped within 3 working days after RA number issued.
• DOA (Dead on arrival) items are eligible for refund or an instant replacement and must be reported strictly within 7 days of customer receiving the goods. After 7 days of receiving the goods, DOA no longer applicable and you will have to process as warranty. Customer needs to obtain Return Authorisation (RA) number and must be shipped within 3 working days after RA number issued.
• For DOA product, please do not use the product and ensure to return the goods with complete content as well as packaging and in original condition, failure to do so may result DOA being rejected and item will be processed as warranty.
• Shipping and handling costs are not refundable, unless the product DOA.
• If customer receives any incorrect or damaged product, please contact OnLine Centre customer service via e-mail or telephone within 24 hours after receiving the goods. Once verified, the product will be replaced/exchanged and we will reimburse the cost of returning the goods by Registered Australia Post. Please note that customer will be held responsible for any freight charges incurred for returning the product if the product found to be not faulty or correct or as per description.
• Please do not open the sealed package for any incorrect product received. Any attempt to use the incorrect product will be considered as a substitute for the actual item that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
• Customer is required to obtain a RA number prior to returning any goods and must be shipped within 3 days after RA number is issued.

Warranty:

• Warranty valid with original invoice.
• OnLine Centre provides 1 year return to base manufacturer warranty for any product except notebook, netbook, computer system and server.
• All Notebook, Netbook, Computer System and Server warranty are provided directly by the manufacturer in Australia, you will need to contact the vendor service centre directly, most vendors provide onsite pickup and return warranty. • OnLine Centre will handle warranty processing, goods under warranty will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer. Warranty on product is with manufacturer, OnLine Centre is unable to provide replacement/exchange/refund under any circumstances.
• OnLine Centre does not handle products warranty where the manufacturer offer direct warranty claim from customer. This including but not limited to most notebook, netbook, computer system, server, monitor, printer, projector and many other.
• Warranty void if product found in any way to be physically damaged, modified or mishandled.
• Warranty only covers product purchased from OnLine Centre and does not cover any other equipment used in conjunction with the item(s) sold by OnLine Centre. The liability is limited to a maximum of the cost of replacing the goods or equivalent goods purchased.
• Customer is responsible for the shipping fee of returning the faulty product to OnLine Centre. Any shipment has to be in proper packaging, any item damaged during delivery are customer responsibility.
• Customer is required to obtain a RA number prior to returning any goods and must be shipped within 3 days after RA number is issued.
• RA number can be obtained by emailing our warranty division warranty@onlinecomputer.com.au. Please include invoice number, product model and serial number (if available) with fault description of the product.
• If the product is found to be not faulty, customer will be held responsible for the returning shipping cost and we reserve the right to charge the labour cost for examining the goods.
• OnLine Centre is not responsible for data contents or the security of the data contents contained in any returned goods.
• Repair or replacement of the product is at the discretion of manufacturer.
• Turnaround time for warranty claims depends on the supplier or the manufacturer. Typically it takes 1 to 4 weeks from the day we receive the faulty product, however it can vary greatly.
