We use couriers to deliver the goods direct to your door, They will leave a note in your letter box so you can ring them and get your item redelivered if you are not home. They may charge an extra fee for this so it is better to give us an address that will have someone home during the day

If international shipment inccur other charges at their end due to duties, taxes or other unforseen circumstance such as customer is not contactable the extra charges will be at the buyers expense

If you ever have any problems with delivery delay or our courier please contact us before leaving feedback so we can rectify the situation, leaving feedback before contacting us helps nobody.

We now have a 14 day return and exchange policy, if you are not 100% satisfied with the product you may return it with 14 days for a credit to purchase something else. The return postage is at the buyers expense and the product MUST be in original new boxed condition complete with everything that was shipped to you. Please notify us first that you wish to return the item so we know to expect it, we will need to email you a form to fill out and send back with the package

If the item is received without the original box or missing instructions, parts ect the return will not be accepted and you will be notified that the item will need to be returned to you at your expense

DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

If the item is damaged or faulty on receipt you must notify us within 48 hours and email pictures of the damage or fault if possible before sending the item back. Please also ask the courier to make a note that you have received the item damaged when you sign for it. In this case we will pay for return postage and replace the item free of charge. Please do not send the item back and ask for a refund on postage as this will not be accepted, we will use our own couriers to return the item to us

You must send photo's of damaged items within 48 hours so we can claim insurance from our couriers
