Payment and Postage

• Please check my Buyer Requirements before bidding. If you do not meet the requirements and try to bid at the last minute, you will miss out.
• Payment can be made via Paypal or Bank Deposit.  
• Most Australians should expect delivery within 2-5 business days of payment clearing.
• Please contact me if your item is not delivered within 7 days of payment clearing and I will attempt to locate it. (Bank account deposits by internet transfer or e-cheque may take 3-5 working days to clear)
• Insurance is always included in the cost of the postage price, there will be no extra postage charges after the purchase.  
• If you are accidently overcharged a significant amount for postage & packaging, I will give you a partial refund through Paypal or bank deposit.
• PICK UP IS NOT AVAILABLE

  Refunds and Exchanges

• If the item arrives damaged, the buyer must keep the article, including all wrapping and packaging, for insurance purposes.
•  If you order the wrong size item or simply decide you don't want an item after it has been posted, I WILL refund or exchange, but you will incur all postage costs
• I WILL NOT REFUND DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS; a replacement will be sent when the item is returned by Registered Post, or confirmed as not delivered.
• Items sold as "New" must be returned unused, in the original unopened manufacturers packaging with all tags and stickers still attached to qualify for a refund.
