Returns

If you need to return a product purchased from CKB LTD then you have 28 working days to do so. The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.

The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 10 working days.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

1) ALL of our prices are inclusive of VAT. We are a VAT registered company and will provide VAT receipt.

2) We only ship to the address on Paypal. If you require a specific address to ship the order to, please make sure that you enter this in the Paypal confirmation before confirming payment.

6) We Send good by Royal Mail. The majority of parcels are normally delivered between 1-5 working day. Royal Mail say it can take up to 10 working days to be delivered. 7) Although we ship very fast we do not guarantee a specific date or day for delivery as that is in the hand of the Royal Mail or the delivery company used.
