Payment

- Payment is appreciated within 7 days of purchase.

- If for some reason you are unable to pay in that time frame please contact us so that we can make alternate arrangements for you.

- We prefer payment to be made through Paypal but are more than happy to accept bank deposit.

- As soon as we have received your cleared payment your items will be shipped within 5 business days, however in most cases it will be much sooner.

Shipping

- We deliver using Australia Post, Hunter Couriers and where appropriate other courier companies. In all circumstances you will receive an email once the item is dispatched advising of the carrier.

- If you require express postage an extra charge will be applicable.

- Please allow up to 10 days for delivery, much less to most areas.

- Item will not ship until payment had been received in full.

- Due to occupational health and safety, pick up will NOT be available at our warehouse.

- If problem do arise, please contact us first, and we will do our utmost to resolve any issues.

** NON DELIVERY **

As we have high turnover of sales through other channels, there may be times when items cannot be sent.  This maybe because the stock count was wrong or the last lot of the item is either damaged or cannot be located.  When this happens, you are contacted at the earliest opportunity after your payment has been received, and advised of the situation.  We naturally will refund your payment in full, offer an alternative, or give you the option of waiting for new stock to arrive.

Terms of Sale

- If for any reason you are not happy with your product, please contact us by email to get it resolved.

- If you have received a defective item, a damaged item, or an item that is different from what you ordered, you need to notify us within 3 days of the date that you received it.  For damaged items during transit, a photograph of the damaged goods must be provided.

- Golden Opporunities is not liable for any items lost or damaged during postage, after it has been dispatched from us.  Most of our products are professionally packaged to minimise  the risk of items being damaged during transit.

- Our return or exchange policy will not be applicable if you simply changed your mind.
