NOTE: 24AWG or thicker (lower AWG number) cables are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for best performance. Some devices will require thicker gauge, category 2 cables to work with this switch. For runs up to 15ft, use 24AWG. For runs of 20ft or more, use 22AWG (which is thicker than 24AWG.)

Damaged Products

All original packing materials and/or boxes must be saved and made available for inspection, in order for a damage claim to be considered by the shipper. Electroniks Unlimited will not be liable for any monies lost if the claim is not filed within the required time period. If you decide to file a claim with the shipper directly, you must notify us to receive proper credit or replacement.

Non-Defective Product Returns

Non-defective products cannot be returned. Unless approved beforehand, if a return is approved you will be responsible for return shipping.
