Most items listed as new can be returned at your own shipping expense if you purchased the wrong item. If it's our fault, of course we'll pay the return shipping. Please check the return policy on each item to see if it qualifies.

We don't live in town and items may ship the next day or the day after that, depending on when you pay. This helps keep our costs down, which in turn keeps your costs down.

• Unless otherwise specified in listing, returns accepted on any item listed as NEW.
• If item is defective or a wrong item/quantity is shipped, PLEASE contact us FIRST, so we may rectify the problem before leaving feedback or returning the item.

Other important notes


• Multiple lots of MOST items MAY be repackaged as 1 large lot for shipping purposes. Please notify us during checkout if you need them packaged in the lot size specified in the listing.
• We recycle as much as possible. Your package may arrive in any variety of boxes/envelopes.
• Most of the wood parts are very durable and do not require much internal packaging material. We do a good job of determining appropriate amount of packaging needed. If you need special packaging, please notify us and we'll be more than happy to accomodate, however, extra charges may apply.
• We can do custom drilling & splitting of many items
  Generally, drilling runs about $.08 per hole, splitting runs about $.15+/- depending on the size and shape of item. WE DO NOT split any item <1/2"(13mm) in diameter. Any item that was less than 1/2" diameter in our store and is split, was split at the mill. When requesting custom services, please be as SPECIFIC as possible in your request, noting hole size, direction, distance, etc.
