As of 8/15/2010 QS Components, Inc. will not be held responsible for any customers misplaced orders either thru our website, ebay, phone or in house. Refunds will ONLY be given on Non-Delivered, Defective items or if Product is not as decribed. Upgrades can be done on in house items ONLY with the customer paying the shipping fees. There will be NO REFUNDS for special ordered items. All items MUST be unused & returned in the same condition in which they were received. Refunds & upgrades will NOT be given until all parts are returned & inspected by QS Components.
