If, for any reason, you are not happy with any LYT Pedalboard or accessory product simply contact us for further instructions. You must return it within 14 DAYS -- IN PERFECT, UNUSED CONDITION for a full refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping costs. Please keep in mind that even though some items have FREE shipping... it actually costs us to ship. We cannot refund the actual shipping cost. For pedal board returns, if you have NOT applied the velcro to the board we charge a 10% restock fee. IF YOU HAVE APPLIED THE VELCRO TO THE BOARD we charge a 50% restock fee. This is very reasonable since the velcro is wasted/unusable and the board must be refurbished. All packages MUST return to us, well packed, in original packaging, in unused, original condition. WE WILL NOT give full refunds if the items return to us damaged due to poor packaging. We go to great lengths to ensure that our packaging protects our products.
