Module Introduction:
PCB plate adopts FR4 flame-resisting material, with extensive via-holes and over-thick circuit copper coat, which can not only increase the sectional area of diversion and decrease the heating, but also enhance the heat dissipation and reduce the temperature of the elements and PCB plate. The electronic components all apply the dispensing technology and dispensing capacitance with low resistance, which will effectively decrease the output wave; it adopts the imported Murata fully-closed waxed inductance, fully-magnetic shielding inductance and feedback line away from the inductance to guarantee the low wave and more smooth output, which will calm the current event it reaches to 3A. The imported LM2596 guarantees the efficiency of energy transformation and its quality is more reliable. Due to the voltage reduction DC circuit, the input voltage will always be higher than the output one. If the current is over 1A, the suggested input voltage should be 2V higher than the output one. If the current is not too large, as lower than 300mA, the input voltage that exceeds 1V to the output one will allow the normal operation. In order to ensure the proper load regulation, it recommends the input voltage over 2V higher than the output one. The output terminal possesses the LED indicator and without the load, the static power is only about 6mA, including the current consumed by LED. When the energy terminal is complied with the high electric potential, the circuit’s static consumption is only about 10uA.
Application Range:
1. Charge Mobile Telephone, MP3 or MP4
In this module of voltage reduction, there is the component with the fixed output of 5V. As required by the users, it can fix the voltage reduction circuit in a small box (adding to a pretty crust, clicking here for checking) and mountUSB interface inside, which allows the direct charging of mobile telephone, MP3, MP4 and other digital products. 4. I own a 3V water pump for the indoor fountain, but its current is too large, nearly 3A; while I can not buy the power supply of 3V and 3A, how can I apply this DC module to clear off the problem?
Firstly, the total power of this water pump is only about 9W, less than 25W and thus when applying this module, the power supply do not have to add the radiator. Next, confirm the power and the input power=9W/0.92=9.7W, less than 10W. Therefore, we only need to buy the switching power supply of 12V and 1A on the market.
