- As per our company policy, the postage fee charged to the customer includes delivery and service charge regardless the distance and weight.
- Please refuse the parcel if it is damaged in transit (i.e. Not to sign on delivery receipt) and notify us for the refusal of damage parcel, otherwise, we are not responsible for the damaged item.
- Please provide the full address for shipment. Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional Delivery and Service Charges so incurred. When the 2nd Delivery and Service Charges are required for a replacement or exchange item(s), prepaid satchel or stamps would not be accepted, nor would they be returned.
- Items are generally shipped out the next business day via REGISTERED POST after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. excluded)
- Normally, the Australia Post takes2 to 10 business days to deliver parcel to our customers, depending on the destination. In case that you do not receive your parcel within the aforesaid time span, the parcel might have lost. Then you should inform us as soon as possible so that we could lodge a complaint of lost parcel to the Australia Post. We will re-send your order after Australia Post has completed the investigation of the lost parcel, which would take about 3 to 4 weeks from the day of complaint.
- Shipment Information will be emailed to buyer once it is shipped.
- We only ship to shipping address that you registered on eBay or PayPal, if you want to change address, please email us in time. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.
- Unless otherwise specified, we warrant our products for 1 year from the date of original purchase under normal and non-commercial use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.
- All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is to be issued upon request through email@example.com. Items returned without RMA# will delay the process or be ignored.
- In returning items to us, C.O.D. on shipments will not be accepted.
- If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us to obtain a RMA Number within fifteen (15) days of purchase. And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a up to AU$12.00 restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns.
- For battery packs or battery related products, warranty becomes void if the battery pack has been improperly charged, installed or misused in any way, or if the label and/or bar code label has been removed or tampered with.
Returns due to our error:
- If products are returned to us within 30 days from the purchase day, we will bear all the shipping charges for exchange; and if justified, refund will be made in full. However, products so returned must be 100% complete. If items are returned by express delivery or courier, refund will only cover up to au$10.00.
- After thirty (30) days and up to ninety (90) days of purchase, we will refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) or replace any defective product(s). Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping charges and we bear the re-sending charges.
- After ninety (90) days and up to one (1) year of purchase, refund request will not be accepted unless a replacement is not available. Customers are responsible for paying all the shipping charges (including the return and resending ones).
- Replacement products or refund will be arranged for all fault products returned, subject to technical test results that justify Customers? complaint.
- Please ensure that returned items are the one that you purchased from us. Should you send us any other products that are not purchased from us and want to have them back, you have to pay for all the additional shipping charges so incurred.
