It does work; sort of! Your wind speed has to be almost gale force to get 12Volt and even on a good day unlikely to develop rated power. The nose cone was not a good fit and some judicious work was need with a file to make it fit. Assembly was easy. Pole mounting will need some skilled welding to make it fit. Pole height will need to be 9 meters minimum. Bracing required. Lot of work for little reward. It does run quietly because of the blade design but not worth it. Disappointing to say the least. If you live in hurricane alley you might be on a winner.

Tail is not long enough to hold blades into the wind, put a cheap plastic cutting board on the tail, solved problem no 1, doesn't produce 12 volts untill it has a high speed spin going so its useless for the boat, high winds equals an uncomfortable night on the water

300 watt claimed output is mythical, most amperage is 7 amps I have seen in 25 knots of breeze. After 3 weeks use , the yaw bearing setup has become very loose and the blades cause severe vibrations at certain wind speeds.
