What is hot-dip galvanise?

Hot-dip galvanising meant immersion in molten zinc/alloy. Advantage of hot-dipping is that the coatings are much thicker and therefore much more corrosion resistant. Zinc coatings prevent oxidation of the protected metal by forming a barrier. This is a thick, tough metallic zinc envelope, which covers the steel surface and seals it extremely well from the corrosive action of harsh Australia environments.

The thickness of a hot-dip galvanised coating is beneficial in providing long life, durability and performance. We favors hot-dip galvanising because of the extended maintenance-free service that it provides in protecting the trailer against corrosion. When compared to painting, hot-dip galvanising has similar initial application costs but almost always, lower life-cycle costs, thus making galvanising the smart choice for today and tomorrow. It is the best choice in term of long term durability and cost effectiveness.

When going off road, you are bound to get scratches. Paint is a barrier protector only, and when scratches and cracks occur, corrosion of the underlying steel is immediate. Paint systems requires a lot of maintenance, partial repainting and full repainting several times. Over a 30-75 years life, the costs can be staggering, making the decision to paint a costly one in the long run.

Please note that we only assemble the trailer for this auction after a deposit or payment has been made. The process will take at least 3-10 working days for assembly and inspection. We will not rush any trailer as it is in the best interest and safety for our customer. It is also subject to parts availability from local suppliers.

Buyer is fully responsible for assuring that the equipment is and remain in good working order before use. Buyer must take all safety precaution prior to and during using the item.

Buyer must have knowledge of operating as well as the characteristics of the product. Buyer must do regular maintenance and seek qualified person for servicing/fixing where there is need.

The person operating the vehicle must be trained and fully aware of the limitation and safety of handling the vehicle. Buyer is responsible for all the necessary safety precautions while operating this trailer. We are NOT responsible for any loss, incorrect use, theft, damage or injury caused.

Customers will incur additional charges if an unclaimed or refused package is sent back to our facility. Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the package.

Warranty

This auction comes with 12 months parts and labour (not third party labour) warranty for trailer and   3 month warranty for the tent. If the product have damage during transit, we CAN ONLY claim the insurance for those customers who purchased the delivery insurance, otherwise, the warranty will not cover the damage or loss during delivery.

New trailer is covered by the manufacturers warranty for a period of 12 months (3 months for commercial use), from the date of the purchase against defects in workmanship and material (tyres, wheels, brake pads, zip, canvas & other wearable parts are excluded), kindly retain your sales invoice for this products as this is proof of purchase and must be presented when making a warranty claim. Trailers must be returned to our factory for warranty work to be done.

The warranty will not cover the postage cost at both end. Customers will also have to check clearly if the tent was damaged on arrive, and report to us within 14 days. Warranty claim generally takes a few business days.

Return Policy

Refund can be done only if the item is substantially not as described in the auction or completely Dead On Arrival and cannot be fixed through our help. Change of mind, minor variations in model, color, specifications are not reason for a refund. We will inspect the item prior to refunding.

• The returned item needs to be unused and in brand new condition with original packaging or similar packaging and packed securely for return shipping or drop off to our warehouse.
• Any Return product has to be within 7 days Period , the postage cost will be on the purchaser' s expense in both directions.
• We will exchange the product only during 7 days from the date the item have been received. (excluding postage fee)
• Any faulty part needs to be sent back to us at purchaser's expense.
• A restocking fee of 15% of the final value will apply.
• Refunds does not include all shipping/return postage fees, damage/repair/parts costs caused by buyer.
• If the trailer or contain parts swapped that does not belong to us, we will take the cost out of the refund as well.
• If the product has been used or registered, then it is non refundable.

A. We can't give any promise in regard to this as we are not post office or the courier. Normally for small parcels, they range from 1-5 working days. For heavy items like trailers, it range from 2-10 working days. Please note that some regional area may take longer than normal for delivery. Also courier need to be able to contact successfully with you to arrange for delivery, otherwise they may hold on the item at the nearest depot until they are able to get a hold of you. Please note that the courier doesn't make the delivery on public holidays and weekends.

Q. How do I work out the postage cost for trailer I am bidding on?

A. For each trailer listing, there is a section POSTAGE section where you can type in the postcode of the delivery address and click SHOW POSTAGE FEE. There is also optional postage insurance but this will only show up when you receive the WINNING NOTIFICATION. For other items, they will be standard express or regular as shown in POSTAGE section.

Q. What should I do after I won the auction?

A. Please wait for us to send you the winning notification and take a moment to check and update your ebay details to make sure that your Name, Address, Phone number and email address are correct. When you receive the winning notification, it will have the right total for the item and postage as well as an optional insurance. If it is incorrect or you need to arrange for alternative address and contact person or even arrange pick up, please communicate with us further before checkout. It is important that you do not check out prior to confirming all details and if you are planning to win more then one items and would like to check them out together if they have postage discount for sending them together. (Postage discount doesn't apply to trailers auction)

Q. I have sent the payment, but my item has not been sent. What is going on?

A. This could result from various scenario. Payment was not confirmed due to invalid/no reference, total amount deposited doesn't match the item total amount, payment was not transfered to the right account, postal address or phone number invalid/missing, delay in courier and finally shipment delayed due to custom. If your payment was not mark as confirmed after 3 workings from the day you deposited your money, you must contact us immediately and have your receipt ready to be fax/email to us together with your ebay id and item number so we can track and find your payment. If your address or phone was invalid/missing, we will try to contact you. Communication is the key to fix this issue.

A. This is automated process, you do not have to leave the feedback until you received the item. If there are any issue, we are encouraged to work with our customers to resolve them prior to leaving each other feedback.
